	The idea of the crew shrinking was later used in the "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" episode "One Little Ship."
	The size of the shrinking crew is incredibly inconsistent. In one scene, they appear small enough to be able to stand on console buttons, but tall enough to climb ladders and chairs. Crewmembers must also shrink at a faster rate than others as Uhura obviously shrinks much faster than Kirk.
	Kirk orders modifications on transporter room three. More transporter rooms were first mentioned in "The Lorelei Signal."
	Once again, the transporter is used to restore physical changes to the body.
