"Star Trek" Next Voyage Trailers

When the original "Star Trek" series debuted in 1966, each episode was proceeded by a short, one minute "teaser" or "preview" for the next week's episode. These "teasers" never really revealed any significant plot details, but rather, gave the audience a taste of what to expect next week. These teasers, named "Star Trek - Next Voyages" usually had music that wasn't heard in the actual episode and occasionally, lines of dialogue that were recorded exclusively for the trailer. (For example, the "Star Trek - Next Voyage" teaser for the classic episode "The Menagerie, Part II" has a prologue by Mr. Spock, informing the audience of what had happened in part one, and invites you to tune in next week to see the conclusion.)

When "Star Trek: The Animated Series" originally aired in the early 70's, they aired without a teaser for next week's episode, but here at TrekCore TAS, we present for the first time anywhere, a set of 22, all-new, one minute "Star Trek - Next Voyage" teasers for the episodes of "The Animated Series."

Here, you can get a taste of the "forgotten episodes" of "Star Trek" that you may or may not have seen before! Each teaser was custom made by Kyle C. Haight and was made exclusively for use at TrekCore TAS. You will not find these teasers anywhere else!

Each, one minute file contains snippets of dialogue and footage from the episodes of "The Animated Series" as well as music from the original "Star Trek." Each teaser is approximately

in size and can be viewed on this page as well as each episode's exhibit. If you would like to submit your comments to the creator, by all means, send an
