SPECIES: Vulcan
Mr. Spock's father and Vulcan Ambassador to, in the
altered timeline, 17 Federation worlds. When his son was
killed, he divorced from his wife and remained
unmarried. In the correct, restored timeline, he
persuaded the Young Spock to pursue Vulcan philosophy
instead of Human, was shamed by his son's emotional
behaviour, and would not accept failure from the Young
Spock. |

SPECIES: Half Vulcan, Half Human
Son of Sarek and Amanda and future first officer of the
U.S.S. Enterprise. As a child, the young Spock
was tormented for being half-human by his Vulcan peers
and was unable to perform a Vulcan neck pinch. He
attempted to prepare himself for the Vulcan Kahs'wan
ordeal in the The Forge, but in the process, was
attacked by a Lamacha. He would have been killed if his
cousin Selek (his future self) hadn't subdued the
creature. During this incident, his pet Sehlat, Ay-Chia,
was poisoned. Spock made the logical choice to end his
pet's suffering and chose a Vulcan way of life. He was
able to master the Vulcan neck-pinch thanks to the help
of "Selek." |

SPECIES: Skorr/Aureilan
Member of
the bird-like Skorr race, Aleek-om was part of the
historical observation mission to Orion's past. (Other
sources list Aleem-Om as being an "Aurelian" but based
on the future appearance of another of his race in
"The Jihad", its best to infer that Aleek-Om is in
fact a Skorr.) |

SPECIES: Immortal Time Portal
Since before
Earth's sun burned hot in space and before the human
race was born, the Guardian of Forever awaited a
question. Designed as a gateway to the past, the U.S.S.
Enterprise visited its planet on stardate 3134.
When Dr. McCoy leapt through its portal and travelled to
1930s Earth, he altered the course of history causing
the Enterprise, Starfleet and the Federation to
cease to exist. After Kirk and Mr. Spock restored the
timeline, the Federation used the Guardian of Forever
for historical observation missions. Mr. Spock used the
Guardian of Forever to travel to Vulcan's past to become
his own cousin and save his younger self's life. |
