CHUFT CAPTAIN PLAYED BY: James Doohan SPECIES: Kzinti Stole the Kzinti police vessel Trader's Claw and captured Mr. Spock and Lieutenants Uhura and Sulu by diverting them to an ice world in the Beta-Lyra system with a Slaver stasis box. The box the Kzinti had contained nothing, but the one stolen from the Enterprise party contained a picture of a Slaver, a piece of meat and a highly advanced weapon. He was killed along with his crew when he attempted to possess the power of the total conversion beam of the Slaver weapon.
