Captain Kirk: (reading Dramian scroll) 'You are hereby directed to surrender for trail by the people of Dramia, Dr. Leonard McCoy, medical officer, U.S.S. Enterprise.' Is this some kind of joke?!
Demos: The wanton slaughter of millions of people is not a joke, Captain!

Captain Kirk: Trial? You mean kangaroo court! I've heard about Dramian justice!
Mr. Spock: Captain, you're becoming emotional.
Captain Kirk: Of course I am! Bones harming other beings. You know better, Spock, I know better. Not Bones.

Mr. Spock: You're planning something, Captain?
Captain Kirk: Unless I missed my guess, that's friend Demos.
Lieutenant Sulu: What if he attacks, sir?
Captain Kirk: Why should he? We haven't contacted him, so, we must not have detected him. He'd have to explain an attack. Besides, he'll probably prefer to sneak aboard seeing as we carelessly left the hangar doors open.
Lieutenant Uhura: But, the hangar doors aren't open, Captain.
Captain Kirk: Ah, yes. Take care of that oversight, would you, Mr. Sulu?

Demos: Plagues seldom leave behind field of flowers, Captain.

Dr. McCoy: Spock! What in the world?
Mr. Spock: Later, Doctor.
Dr. McCoy: Spock, have you and Jim gone out of your minds? This is a jail break!
Mr. Spock: Doctor, just come with me, please.
Dr. McCoy: No, Spock. It's illegal! That's what it is! Besides, I must stand trial, I have to find out!
Mr. Spock: Doctor, you will stand trial. You will find out, after you've found an antidote for the plague that is about to kill everyone aboard the Enterprise.
Dr. McCoy: Plague?! Why didn't you tell me?!
Mr. Spock: You wouldn't give me a chance.

Captain Kirk: Bones, you did it!
Kol-Tai: Again!
Demos: Thank you, Doctor.

Captain Kirk: Gentlemen, I don't know about you, but I'm ready to get back to starbase.
Scotty: Yes, sir!
Dr McCoy: And I'm ready to get back to some of that monotonous old routine sick-bay work.
Mr. Spock: Including, I would hope, some of that "monotonous old dispensing of the regular vitamin rations to the crew."
Dr. McCoy: What is that supposed to mean?
Mr. Spock: Well, you have been derelict in your duties as of late, Doctor.
Dr. McCoy: Spock, you know as well as I do what we've all just been through.
Mr. Spock: Hippocrates would not have approved of lame excuses, Doctor.
Dr. McCoy: Why--that--that--! Jim, if I'm ever in jail again, don't send that Vulcan to release me! Just let me rot!
