Harry Mudd returns to his old tricks by attempting to sell a love potion to lonely miners. When the miners confront Harry, he is taken into custody by the Enterprise. After convincing Nurse Chapel to try the potion on Mr. Spock, he kidnaps her and steals a shuttlecraft while the love potion permeates throughout the ship’s ventilation system.
