While investigating a strange transmission near the Cephreus star, the crew of the Enterprise begin to shrink when a paralyzing light flashes throughout the ship. Decreasing in size rapidly, the crew must find a way to reverse the effect and find out who's responsible before their ship becomes to big to operate.
